Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe content you posted or own was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature

  • Identification of the removed content and the location where it appeared before removal

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA notice

 

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we may terminate access to our website or services for users who are repeat infringers.
